Helsinki, Finland!

As to date I have been here for 3 weeks!  What a incredible experience I have had so far.  My gf Saija, has been so great to take me around everywhere. She has shown me soo many wonderful things in Finland! And I have met so many interesting people.  Wether its been talking with strangers on long flights or its just listening in to conversations around me.  Sure its another language but if you look close enough body language aswell as tone will clue you in.

I have learned a few words in Finnish to get me by.

 My weekly goal is to learn 15 words.  I am 2-3 weeks behind already.

In other news,  I am learning Aperture on the new MacBook Pro(sept 2008).  It seems quite easy to use with a plethora of plug-ins from Border FX to NIK software to other various contributors.
